I love that the hotel is near to where ill be going. I also love the staff and thank you to mr Verachai for his helpfulness on answering and providing a good stay for us. 1. The hotel is nearby shop and restaurants. Those who want to search for halal can go to nearby and also kfc is nearby 10 min walk. 2. Im glad that i got a room with a view. We love to open our window just to see it while eating. 3. Room service is nice, the room is clean and we got amenities like water bottled everyday. I stayed for 4days and its worth it. 4. The price is affordable and reasonable with the facilities provided. Those that want a place to stay can try here. Will definitely book the hotel again in future trips.

Over a period of 3 weeks we stayed 3 times at Mall Suites hotel. We booked 3 times different types of rooms. Only the last time the tv was a little dissapointing because we could only use Youtube and Netflix, no Thai or international channels. But is the only small remark. The hotel is ideal for people that only stay a few days when going to other places. Being next the 'The Mall' is a blessing because there you find all you can imagine, and with a very large 4th floor with only international resteaurants.

Very kind staffs, i asked for more than normal guests due to my special needs but they're kind to accomodate. Also 3 malls nearby by walking distance. Not great malls, but you'll get whatever you need in the big supermarkets. Bangkapi isn't a tourist area, but if you need to stay in Bangkapi for some reason, i recommend it.

We loved our large suite with terrace! It was just as planned, we wanted a stay near easy transportation, walking distance to the huge mall next door. It was easy for my family to shop and find things to eat. I will definitely book this property again! Enjoyed our NYE night to watch the fireworks!

The suite we had was lovely. A little old but very comfortable. The beds were the best we slept on in over 30 years of coming to Thailand. Lovely and clean rooms. Housekeeping was excellent. Location was fantastic next to Bangkapi mall. Definitely staying again.
